Due to the
abundance of grapes in the Erkilet region, this traditional food, which is said
to belong to this region, takes its name from cat leg because it resembles a
cat leg in appearance. Making cat legs is difficult. Its main ingredient is a
dessert made from molasses. This food, which is rich in vitamins, minerals and
energy, is first made by stringing walnuts on a 1-meter rope, then dipping them
